Mike Collins » President/Owner
Since 2004, Mike has helped people buy, sell, rent, and manage homes in the Jacksonville and Orange park areas of Northeast Florida. He was an award winning top Agent at Keller Williams First Coast Realty, prior to opening Collins Property Managers in early 2008. In addition to Property Management, we specialize in Residential Sales, Investment Properties, Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosures. Jax Home Maintenance the Maintenance company owned by Collins Property Managers.
The business has expanded rapidly over the years and we moved to a new location with larger facilities for the growing business in 2012. Sometimes an owner is not sure whether to sell or rent their property. Our company is uniquely poised to offer a full package. We can list a property and market it for sale, while we simultaneously market it for rent through our proven methods. The vast majority of traditional Realtors are not able to do both professionally. In early 2017 an Affiliate company, NextHomeCollins Realty opened. This provides us with superior tools and staff of Realtors to assist owners, investors and former tenants buy or sell properties.
We can also help people invest in residential properties while taking advantage of current market conditions. Our management skills experience will be especially useful as we continue to expand our Property Management business.
Mike is originally from Larchmont, NY, and a graduate of College of The Holy Cross, one of America's top 30 Colleges. He lives in Fleming Island with his wife Sandy, and they have three grown children, a granddaughter and grandson.

Sandy Collins » Vice President/Owner
Originally from Gainesville, GA, Sandy attended North Georgia College and earned a Masters Degree from Georgia State University. Her varied background includes teaching high school English, working in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales for a computer software company, and managing the Operations Dept. of General Accident Insurance Company in Atlanta, GA.
She has taught Sunday School at Fleming Island Methodist Church for 10 years, and enjoys tennis, reading, tent camping and travel.
Charlie Lucroy » Broker/Realtor, Director
Director of Property Management and Broker, Charlie Lucroy joined our team in July 2016. Born and raised in Clinton, MS and grew up in the family business of property management. After graduation, Charlie joined the US Navy for a few years with the Presidential Honor Guard.
In 1998 he got back into the PM business and married his wife, Leigh. They have 3 sons of 12, 10 and 5 years old who keep them running on the baseball fields. Charlie received his real estate license in 2009 and his broker’s license in 2012. He moved to Jacksonville in 2015. For enjoyment, Charlie likes watching football with friends and family. Sorry Jaguar fans. He stays loyal to MS State Bulldogs and Dallas Cowboys!
Jeanie Sloniker » Accounting Manager
Jeanie was born down the road in Green Cove Springs, FL. She traveled back and forth thru the years between home and Riverside, CA. In 2003 she graduated from SJRSC with a degree in Accounting and is now going on 23 years of accounting experience in various fields. (construction, claims and real estate) She is also a long time notary public. When not working, Jeanie enjoys fishing, bowling, surfing, camping, playing beach volleyball and softball. She has coached softball and held a board position for 10+ years at Green Cove Springs Athletic Association.
Jeanie is an animal lover with 5 dogs of her own and loves spending time with her two beautiful daughters.
Tom Ryan » Accounts Payable Manager
Tom was born in Omaha, Nebraska, raised in Iowa and spent his young adult life moving around with the Navy where he retired after 21 years of service. With his degree in Banking and Finance, he became the vice-president of a bank and trust. He is married to his childhood sweetheart and they have 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Tom loves sport, especially football. He is a huge JAGS fan!
Cathy Perry » Property Manager, Realtor
Cathy moved to rural Maine from Manhattan at the age of 10, and where she met and married her husband of 33 years. As a Navy wife, she has lived in Maine, Maryland, Virginia Beach and Sicily, until her husband retired here in 1993.
Formerly an LPN, Cathy stayed at home with her son and daughter while they were young and was active in Scouting and church. She reentered the workforce with administrative positions at both a preschool and a church simultaneously.
Cathy joined Collins Property Managers in April 2011, and has enjoyed the rewarding challenges of Real Estate while meeting the expectations of our owners and tenants. She started as a receptionist working her way up while learning the business to her present position as property manager. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafts and genealogy.
Amanda Perry » Residential Property Manager
Amanda was born in Clearwater, FL and moved to Nashville, TN where she lived for almost 20 years. In 2012 she made a great choice and moved to Jacksonville, FL. Amanda has been involved in property management for the greater part of her career and loves the fast paced, never boring and excitement of the job.
She has a gregarious demeanor and is truly committed to making everyone happy she comes in contact with. She has an unwavering devotion to Notre Dame and Britney Spears, who is her hero! Amanda loves playing with her two year old daughter, watching sports, especially football and basketball. To Amanda, Collins Property Managers “is like working for a big family.”
Jill Lamb » Maintenance Manager
Jill was born and raised in South Jersey and moved to Florida 8 yrs ago. She has been married for 17 yrs and has 4 children and a grandson. Jill’s comes from a 20 yr background in retail with 15 yrs of it in retail management. She donates her time to her children’s sports as a coach and co-coordinator. Jill also donates a great deal of time to the USS Forrestal Association as the Reunion Coordinator and helping reunite old shipmates (In memory of her father). Jill loves to travel, a good laugh, and meeting new people.

Sherry Adair » Front Desk Coordinator
Sherry, a consummate real estate professional was born in Traverse city, Michigan. She began her 20 year property management career in Las Vegas and moved to Florida in 2005. Her "can do" attitude and cheerful smile will brighten your day. Sherry has 3 children, ages 33, 21, 15 and one granddaughter! She loves boating, country music, big trucks and MUD!
Justin Hahn » Property Leasing Agent
Originally from West Michigan, Justin brings years of customer service, sales and marketing experience to the Collins Team as our Property Leasing Agent. Justin holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. He also has experience as a Realtor in North East Florida. In his free time Justin enjoys fishing, riding his Harley and spending time with his family and friends.
Elizabeth Tucker » Maintenance Coordinator
Born and raised in the Jacksonville area as a navy daughter. Grew up taking trips across the country with my grandpa who was retired Army, attending his Vietnam reunions each year. Earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts at UNF and spent 9 years working in the photography field. Married 6 years and have 2 children, 4 year old girl and 3 month boy which are my life. Hobbies include all types of crafting and DIY projects, there isn’t much that I have not tried and always looking more ideas.
Christina Graves » Assistant Property Manager
Christina is a Florida native and a die hard Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan. Born and raised in Clearwater, Fl, family brought her to Fleming Island five years ago. Christina has been a stay at home mom for 13 years to her three beautiful children. When she's not at work you can find her at the baseball field, track meets, and dance recitals. Looking for a change, she decided to take her over achieving, hard working, go get 'em attitude and get back to work. Christina seizes each day, looking for opportunities to change her environment for the better and help others.
Leigh Lucroy » Business Development Manager
Leigh was born and raised in Mississippi. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hospitality Management. She spent the next 12 years working in the hotel industry in Jackson, MS until moving to Florida with her husband, Charlie. They have 3 sons, 2 dogs and 2 cats. When Leigh is not working, she spends her time taking her boys to baseball practice, games and tournaments. They certainly keep her on her toes and she loves the adventures they bring her way!
